Welcome to the BitSyte Kavach website. The user hereby undertakes to use the software responsibly and obey all applicable laws in whichever jurisdiction the software is operated.

1. ETHICAL AND INTENDED USE POLICY

  1. BitSyte Kavach is strictly developed and intended for legal, ethical, and authorized monitoring purposes only. Unethical or unauthorized use of this software is strictly prohibited.
  2. The software is explicitly designed for the following authorized use cases:
    • Child Safety & Security: To monitor and protect minor children on devices owned or managed by parents or legal guardians.
    • Anti-Theft & Device Recovery: To track, secure, and locate misplaced or lost personal devices.
    • Employee Monitoring & Corporate Data Security: To track employee performance, enforce device compliance, and safeguard sensitive client or corporate data from misuse on company-owned devices, strictly subject to prior written or verbal consent as required by local data protection and privacy laws.
  3. By installing or using this software, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary legal permissions and consents required by your jurisdiction. BitSyte Kavach assumes no liability for illegal, unauthorized, or covert surveillance conducted by the user.

2. INSTALLATION & LICENSING

  1. The user/subscriber agrees and consents to all terms and conditions by subscribing to or installing the software from the official web portal of BitSyte Kavach. This agreement constitutes a legal and binding contract.
  2. You agree to verify the compatibility requirements of your targeted device prior to placing an order.
  3. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the web portal and the BitSyte Kavach software application.
  4. By accessing, downloading, or using any portion of the software, the user accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
  5. BitSyte Kavach software is granted strictly on a non-exclusive license basis. All legal ownership, intellectual property rights, and authority over the software remain with BitSyte Kavach. BitSyte Kavach reserves the right to immediately terminate or withdraw services without notice if the software is misused.
  6. You acknowledge and accept that physical access to the target device is required to install the software.

3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. No Refunds After Setup/Installation: Once the app is successfully configured, deployed, and installed on the target device, no refunds will be issued under standard operational circumstances.
  2. Incompatibility & Technical Issues: Refunds will only be considered if your target device hardware or Android operating system is genuinely unsupported and our technical team independently verifies and confirms this incompatibility or critical bug.
  3. Account Cancellation: You reserve the right to cancel your subscription or account at any time. However, self-initiated cancellation of an active account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of the subscription period.

4. ACCEPTANCE & CHANGES

  1. By using our site, software, or service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Cookie Policy.
  2. BitSyte Kavach reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published directly on our website.

5. SUBSCRIPTION & ACCOUNT SECURITY

  1. To access the Service, users must complete the required registration form and select an available subscription plan.
  2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You must notify BitSyte Kavach immediately upon discovering any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  4. BitSyte Kavach shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or compromise resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

6. SOFTWARE APPLICATION & RELINKING

  1. The Software may only be used in compliance with the End User License Agreement (EULA) and rules established by BitSyte Kavach.
  2. If your device becomes unlinked from the Software due to an operating system update, you may contact info@bitsytetech.com for assistance with relinking. Please note that OS modifications or relinking procedures may affect your device warranty, and you perform these actions at your own risk.

7. USER ELIGIBILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. You acknowledge and affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and use this software.
  2. You agree to safely and securely store your account password. BitSyte Kavach shall not be liable for any loss resulting from compromised credentials, and you agree to indemnify BitSyte Kavach against any claims arising from such loss.
  3. When installing the Software on a target device, you explicitly represent that you own the device or have received express written or verbal consent from the device owner in full compliance with local laws.

8. DATA SECURITY & PRIVACY

  1. BitSyte Kavach prioritizes the protection and integrity of your personal information.
  2. We may use your personal information to send service updates, security alerts, or promotional communications. You may opt out or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  3. BitSyte Kavach stores user logins in secure databases. Passwords are never stored in plain text; only cryptographically generated password hashes are retained. In the event of an external security breach, BitSyte Kavach shall not be held liable for encrypted or hashed data disclosure.

9. SOFTWARE UPDATES

  1. BitSyte Kavach periodically releases updates to enhance application stability, performance, and features.
  2. You agree to perform or allow requested software updates on target devices via email prompts or the central control panel as needed.
